InDesign is Adobe's flagship layout and publishing product recognized as the benchmark in professional build. You will champion a culture of innovation while revolutionizing layout and publishing. You will set a gold standard for design-rich content creation. You will drive InDesign’s growth by leading its offerings and infrastructure evolution through AI-first and Agentic workflows.
The successful candidate will coordinate all facets of InDesign product and services strategy, roadmap, and integrations across Creative Cloud. You will build high-quality experiences and production services rooted in typographic accuracy, layout craft, and creative expression, translating advances in technology into meaningful user value.
You will partner closely with engineering, design, research, and go-to-market teams to bring these to life with quality and at scale. There will be a strong focus on understanding the market and competitors, identifying new opportunities for customer acquisition, engagement and retention, and using product-led growth and data-driven strategies. You will lead a strong product team to deliver user-centric innovation in products and services at scale.
The Opportunity:
InDesign is Adobe's flagship layout and publishing product and the industry standard for professional design, used by millions worldwide. It sets the standard for typographic precision, multi-page composition, and print-and-digital production.
The opportunity is to build on this foundation to define the next phase of growth with high-value workflows, expanding to new users and use cases, and strengthening InDesign's role within connected workflows across Adobe's ecosystem. You’ll harness advances in AI and Agentic technology to accelerate creation and automate production, simplify complex layout tasks, and enable more fluid and expressive ways of working while preserving the control and craft that define the product.
Your role is to build this evolution, driving category-defining experiences and unlocking new avenues for adoption, engagement, and impact.

Growth & Metrics: Drive success through clear metrics, experimentation, and evaluation frameworks.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with engineering, design, research, and marketing to deliver scalable solutions aligned to customer and business value.
Ecosystem & Integrations: Strengthen InDesign's connections across Creative Cloud and the broader enterprise content supply chain.
Leadership & Coaching: Build and lead a high-performing team of Product Managers, encouraging their development into world-class product leaders.

Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of and affinity for the creative process and publishing workflows; with appreciation for typography, multi-page composition, print and digital production.
Platform & Extensibility Experience: Proven track record of building API-first products, developer platforms, SDKs, or ecosystem integrations, with a strong grasp of the underlying technical platform.
AI-Infused Products: Rich experience with AI-infused products, including generative and agentic AI, and their impact on user workflows, quality, and evaluation.
Product Vision & Craft: Proven experience in creating compelling product vision and delivering high-impact, customer-centric products with attention to craft, usability, and performance.
Data-Driven Growth: Proven ability to drive growth through metrics, experimentation, and data-informed decision making.
Exceptional Leadership: Ability to inspire trust and alignment across senior leaders, engineering, design, and Go-To-Market teams, with strong executive presence.
