Director of Nursing (DON)

Your day to day:

As Director of Nursing, you'll ensure quality and compliance of patient care by supervising and coordinating nursing services. You'll work with our Administrator, Regional Clinical Directors, staff, and physicians to establish policies and procedures.

Successful candidates will have the following:

• Must maintain all required continuing education/licensing and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in S.C.
• Current CPR certification
• Expertise with PCC is advised
• Leadership experience in a care facility
• Advanced knowledge of skilled nursing facility regulations
