Director of Nursing – Assisted Living

Leading the way in memory care, the company was founded in 1996 owns and operates assisted living communities. It offers home care, hospice care, and memory care services. The company also provides healthcare services for people with memory impairments, such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Lewy-Body, and other related dementias with locations in Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Texas, Utah, and Wisconsin.  

Looking for a Director of Nursing for Assisted Living Community that leads the way in memory care for the last 20 years.

Great opportunity for a Director of Nursing with knowledge and experience working with residents with Alzheimer's disease and /or related dementia. Opportunity of a rewarding working environment with generous benefits, compensation, and advancement opportunities.

Education: 

• Must be a graduate of accredited school of nursing. 

• A Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is preferred. 

• Must be currently RN licensed in the Texas  

Experience:                                                                                                                                                                     • At least one year of experience working in long-term care. 

• Knowledge and experience working with residents with Alzheimer’s disease and/or related dementia 

Supervisory Experience: 

 One year of experience supervising others to include: setting performance expectations, coaching, motivating, promoting collaboration and teamwork, promoting company culture, managing change, providing performance feedback, delegating effectively, resolving conflicts, etc.
