Director of Large Group Marketing

The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious ­­­­­Director of Large Group Marketing to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Uniondale, NY. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a hybrid position, reporting to the office on Wednesdays.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at large group clients within the employee benefits insurance sector.
• This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the insurance industry, particularly in employee benefits and self-funding, and a proven track record of driving growth through innovative marketing initiatives.
• Participate as a Team member in a fast-paced, growing sales environment open to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School or higher
• LAH Licensed
• A strong background in marketing large accounts.
• A strong working knowledge of the NY marketplace, contract review, NY labor law and coverage are required.
• Individual must be organized and have good time management skills
• Must be detail oriented with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be a self-starter

Benefits: 

• Salary: $140,000-$150,000/year.
