Overview
The Director, HR Business Partner for Crocs, Inc. leads HR strategy and execution in close partnership with senior leaders across the Product and Merchandising organization. Reporting to the GVP, HR & Transformation, this role is built for a leader who sees change as opportunity—bringing modern, thoughtful HR solutions that elevate talent, engagement, and performance.
What You'll Do
- Partner with senior Product and Merchandising leaders to build talent and organizational strategies that scale with business growth, coaching leaders through workforce planning and org design decisions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and cross-functional connector between HR Centers of Excellence (talent, rewards, engagement) and business leadership to deliver integrated HR programs.
- Drive key annual HR cycles, including workforce planning, talent reviews, compensation planning, and budget processes, ensuring alignment and accountability across the client group.
- Use people data and metrics to identify trends, inform decisions, and continuously evolve how HR shows up for the business.
- Coach and develop senior leaders on talent development, team effectiveness, and performance management to build resilient leadership teams.
- Champion company culture and leadership behaviors through programs that strengthen engagement and reinforce the Crocs, Inc. mission and values.
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, partnering with Legal as needed to balance risk with practical business solutions.
- Identify talent risks and opportunities within the Product and Merchandising organization, representing business needs across HR and the broader enterprise.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- BS or BA in Human Resources Management or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 10 years of experience in core HR disciplines, including business partnering, employee relations, talent acquisition, benefits, compensation, or performance management, including 3 years leading others.
- Background knowledge in a global retail, or related environments, with a strong understanding of the product life cycle.
- Strong understanding of compensation, org design, employee relations, performance management, inclusion, and employment law.
- Highly skilled at influencing senior leaders and balancing risk, compliance, and business outcomes in a fast-moving environment.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex people issues into clear, actionable guidance for leaders at all levels.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, adapting HR approaches as business needs evolve.
- High level of discretion and integrity, with the confidence to facilitate difficult conversations and handle sensitive matters with care.

Salary or Pay Range: $150,000 - $200,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
