Director, Hospital Laboratory

Seeking a collaborative, data-driven operational leader with demonstrated success leading people, driving process improvement, and delivering measurable operational results in a hospital laboratory, clinical laboratory, or healthcare operations environment. The successful candidate will have a minimum of seven years of progressive leadership experience, including at least five years of direct people leadership with responsibility for operational performance, employee development, client relationships, and continuous process improvement.
