Director, Finance Transformation & Continuous Improvement

The Director is responsible for assisting Chief Tax Officer/VP with launching, driving and maintaining Quest’s Lean Six Sigma projects across the entire finance organization. Reports to the Chief Tax Officer/Finance Continuous Improvement Leader. Salary Range: $160,000 to $200,000/year + 20% Annual Incentive Plan Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
