Director Finance (FP&A)

As Finance Director here at Honeywell, you will be in a highly strategic and influential position responsible for leading and overseeing the business analysis and planning function. As a Director HBS, you will play a critical role in driving strategic planning and analysis initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and drive growth. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify business opportunities. This position Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop and execute business plans to achieve organizational goals. Providing strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven insights will be a key aspect of your role. Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) is a $3B business which has both Projects and aftermarket Services as a combined portfolio. The role reports to CFO HBS. The position is out of the Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.
