In your new role you will:

• Lead engineering team to achieve multiple ambitious goals : Yield, Cost, Delivery, Time to Market, OEE
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards
• Drive innovation, identify new technologies and products, and collaborate with partners to stay at the forefront of emerging trends
• Develop and manage team, mentoring, and coaching engineers, and fostering a culture of innovation and learning

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Semiconductor Technology / Engineering (Microelectronics / Electrical / Mechanical/ Electronic/Physics)
• 10+ years of backend semiconductor expertise: in depth understanding of backend semiconductor manufacturing, with a proven track record of technical leadership with min 5 years in Management ladder
• Comprehensive process and equipment knowledge: Familiar with a range of backend assembly and or test processes
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and teams, with excellent presentation skills.
