Primary Purpose
Establishes vision and strategy for internal communications at the departmental level, guiding frameworks that support business transformation and advising executives on critical messaging.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Establishes vision and strategy for internal communication at the departmental or enterprise level.
  • Directs development and implementation of communication frameworks that support business strategy and cultural transformation.
  • Advises senior executives on communication approaches for high-impact initiatives and sensitive topics.
  • Oversees measurement and reporting of communication effectiveness to inform executive decision-making.
  • Champions innovation in communication practices and technologies to enhance reach and engagement.

  • Represents the communication function in executive forums and influences company-wide initiatives.
