Job Summary

The Corporate Relations Director is responsible for managing the Children’s Miracle Network team. Creating and implementing a strategic Corporate Giving operational plan for building and managing comprehensive relationships with Corporations. Collaborates with development staff and CMN national staff to manage and retain relationships/corporate partners with Children's Miracle Network on national, regional and local levels while developing new relationships to generate further funding. Serves as a primary contact and Program Director for Children's Miracle Network hospitals. Responsible for setting goals and performance benchmarks for associates in the Corporate Partnerships department. Responsible for $4+ Million in gifts annually concentrating on Children's Miracle Network partners.

Pay Range

Minimum $78,978 Midpoint $118,477 Maximum $157,955

Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.

Experience

Required: Minimum five (5) years of experience in Corporate Development or Engagement.

Preferred: At least 1 - 2 years of managing direct reports in a revenue generating capacity

Required: Bachelor's Degree

Specialized Skills

Required: Proven ability to expand and strengthen partnerships with Corporations, Foundations and Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. Entrepreneurial, comprehensive, and prospect-driven approach to Corporate and Foundation relations. Demonstrated ability to effectively build relationships and alliances with internal and external constituencies.

Preferred: Knowledge of cause marketing best practices
