Director - Commercial (Program-Wide Contracts)

As Director - Commercial (Program-Wide Contracts), you will provide senior commercial leadership across a broad contract portfolio, helping to shape how major programs are governed, negotiated, and managed. The role is positioned at the center of commercial decision-making, working across client, consultant, contractor, and government interfaces to support effective delivery, manage risk, and strengthen commercial outcomes at program scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy and governance across program-wide contract portfolios.
• Oversee contract negotiation, administration, and compliance for major infrastructure programs.
• Manage commercial risk, claims, and dispute resolution across multiple stakeholders.
• Drive cost control, change management, and value optimization initiatives.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, commercial management, or a related discipline.
• 18+ years of experience leading commercial functions on large infrastructure programs.
• Strong experience in contract administration, claims management, and dispute resolution.
• Deep expertise in cost control, change management, and commercial governance.
• Experience managing client leadership, consultants, contractors, and government stakeholders at director level.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of FIDIC or NEC contract forms.
• Knowledge of government procurement frameworks.
• Experience with major EPC-style contract administration.
