Director - City Community Management

As Director - City Community Management, you will help define how community experience is delivered across a complex, high-profile urban environment. This role is central to building strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups and ensuring community strategy supports the broader vision for destination development, operational excellence, and sustained engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead city-wide community management strategy across districts, assets, and stakeholder groups.
• Oversee community management across mixed-use districts, residential communities, destination assets, and broader city operations.
• Manage relationships with residents, tenants, asset operators, government entities, and internal development and operations teams.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience leading community management across large-scale urban developments.
• Experience managing mixed-use districts, residential communities, destination assets, or city-wide community operations.
• Degree in urban planning, real estate, public relations, business administration, public administration, or a related field.
• Experience managing residents, tenants, asset operators, government entities, or internal development and operations teams.
