Director, Acquisitions

The Director, Acquisitions & Investments, is a senior member of Digital Realty’s regional Investments team, responsible for leading the identification, underwriting, and execution of strategic investments across the Americas, including acquisitions, developments, joint ventures, and capital partnerships. You will drive investment strategy, shape business cases for growth, and lead high-value, cross-functional projects that advance Digital Realty’s global platform. Reporting to the Senior Vice President Acquisitions & Investments EMEA, you will work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders across Business Development, Portfolio Management, Design & Construction, Operations, Tax, Legal, and Finance to evaluate opportunities and deliver investment recommendations that align with the company’s strategic and financial objectives.
