Global Merchant & Network Services (GMNS) powers the American Express global payments network, enabling more than $1.9 trillion in annual spend across 170+ markets. The GMNS Product organization is responsible for delivering products, capabilities, and partnerships that enable merchants, acquirers, issuers, ISVs, payment facilitators, and other ecosystem partners to connect to and leverage the American Express Network with speed, scale, and reliability. This Director role is a critical member of the GMNS Product Business Operations team and will be responsible for leading key risk and control-related Product Governance processes across the GMNS Product organization.
