• Fluent English required
• Basic German skills are expected required

Basic knowledge of:

• Microsoft Intune
  • Ability to understand the configuration and management of endpoint devices, policies and compliance settings within Microsoft Intune environments.
• Entra ID
  • Ability to manage user and devices identities, assist with access management and support authentication processes.
• PowerShell
  • Ability to use and adapt PowerShell scripts    
• Networking fundamentals
  • Ability to understand basic networking concepts and support troubleshooting of connectivity and VPN related issues.

Support experience in Windows (optional iOS & MacOS) and hardware environment topics (First Level experience is welcome)

• Windows Hello for Business (WHfB)
  • Ability to assist with configuration and troubleshooting of secure authentication solutions such as Windows Hello for Business.
• VPN
  • Ability to support VPN configurations and resolve connectivity issues for end users.
• BitLocker
  • Ability to support and troubleshooting BitLocker encryption in enterprise environments.
• BIOS
  • Ability to configure, verify and troubleshoot BIOS and firmware settings on corporate devices.
• Updates and drivers
  • Ability to manage and troubleshoot Windows updates and device driver related issues.
• Root Cause Analysis (e.g., logs, Event Viewer, registry)
  • Ability to analyze system logs and use troubleshooting tools such as Event Viewer and registry for issue investigation.

Workload Distribution

• 80% - Handling support tickets within the EDM (Endpoint Device Management) environment
• 20%  -  Working on additional areas such as:
  • Infrastructure topics (configurations, policies, security)
  • Application management (including scripting)
  • Other technologies such as Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365
