Digital Transformation Lead - Philippines and Indonesia

Job Purpose and Impact

Drive end-to-end digital transformation initiatives at the country level in Philippines and Indonesia, acting as a bridge between business and technology. This role extends beyond traditional application development, focusing on executing digital strategy aligned with global direction, improving system adoption, and enabling business transformation across manufacturing and commercial functions.

The position requires strong technical expertise combined with business acumen to deliver scalable digital solutions and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

Key Accountabilities

• Digital Transformation Leadership:

  - Lead country-level digital transformation initiatives aligned with global DT&D strategy

  - Drive execution (70%) while contributing to strategic direction (30%)

  - Align local initiatives with global digital & technology direction

• Application & Digital Solution Delivery:

  - Design and deliver scalable digital and application solutions

  - Support enhancements, upgrades, and transformation initiatives across enterprise systems

   

• Stakeholder Engagement & Business Alignment:

  - Partner with business leaders to identify digital opportunities

  - Translate business needs into technology solutions

  - Act as a bridge between business and IT

   

• Adoption & Value Realization:

  - Drive system adoption across manufacturing and commercial functions

  - Ensure business value realization from digital initiatives

   

• Cross-functional & Global Collaboration:

  - Collaborate with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders

  - Coordinate execution across Philippines and Indonesia operations

   

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 10+ years of relevant experience in IT/Digital/Application roles
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualification

• Proven experience in digital transformation program or system improvement projects end to end
•  Experience with enterprise systems (ERP/CRM)
• Strong stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills
