Digital Solutions Program Officer

Our client URGENTLY requires a Digital Solutions Program Officer  for 12 months + Contracts on the Gold Coast.

The Digital Solutions Program Officer supports the delivery of digital business solutions that improve efficiency, collaboration and information management across the region. The role focuses on the practical development, administration and support of SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate and other Microsoft 365 technologies to meet business needs. The position contributes to business improvement initiatives by working with stakeholders to understand operational requirements, develop low-code solutions, and provide ongoing support and training to users.

Skills and Experience required includes:

• Develop, configure, maintain and support business systems, digital solutions and information management platforms, including but not limited to SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 applications and other departmental systems.
• Provide technical advice, user support and training relating to business systems, digital solutions and approved software applications used across the region.
• Ensure business systems and digital solutions are developed, implemented and maintained in accordance with departmental policies, procedures, information management requirements, cyber security controls and governance frameworks.
• Experience configuring and maintaining SharePoint Online environments, including permissions, document libraries, metadata and content structures.

Government experience would be highly advantageous.
