Responsibilities:

• Support the MarCom team by playing a key role in executing dynamic lead generation and customer engagement campaigns worldwide through HubSpot;
• Enhance content quality by monitoring and managing marketing systems like Typo3 (CMS) and PIMCore (PIM/DAM), with the aim of improving data quality;
• Enhance online presence by continuously improving the company’s visibility in search engines;
• Assist in the implementation and tracking of effective global online advertising campaigns (SEA) via Google;
• Ensure data excellence by maintaining high standards of data quality in marketing systems, following established guidelines;
• Uphold compliance by sharing the responsibility for adhering to data protection and compliance regulations;
• Implement special tasks/projects specified by the digital marketing management.

Qualifications:

• Relevant completed studies in digital marketing or a related field;
• Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in digital marketing;
• Expertise in marketing automation, SEO/SEA, and lead generation;
• Hands-on experience with CMS and PIM systems;
• Strong analytical mindset with KPI management skills;
• Self-motivated attitude and ability to thrive in a global remote environment;
• Good sense for digital trends, strong online affinity, focus on sales-oriented and customer-oriented action;
• Proactive, results-oriented approach with a high degree of team orientation and independent action.
