Digital Marketing Lead ( Erbil )

• Strategy & Campaign Execution:
• Design, execute, and oversee end-to-end multi-channel digital marketing strategies across social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok),and display channels to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Define, manage, and optimize the digital marketing budget to maximize ROI, lower Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and drive key business KPIs.
• Brand & Content Optimization:
• Lead the creation of localized, engaging content and campaigns tailored to the consumer base across all digital touchpoints (website, mobile app, social channels).
• Continuously evaluate and optimize brand presence across channels, ensuring clear messaging and aligned visual identity.
• Performance & Data Analytics:
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics (conversion rates, CAC, LTV, engagement rates) to assess campaign effectiveness..
• Generate actionable performance reports and data-driven insights for senior management to guide marketing strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Team Leadership:
• Partner closely with Product, Commercial, and Customer Support teams to launch new features, promotions, and go-to-market (GTM) campaigns.
• Supervise and mentor the internal digital marketing team and manage external vendor/agency relationships (creative, media buying, production) to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.

Requirements

Marketing Experience in a B2C company for at least 5 years
