Digital Marketing Director

GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is in search of a visionary Digital Marketing Director to lead our digital marketing initiatives. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the overall digital marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, drive lead generation, and achieve business objectives. You will oversee all digital marketing functions, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content creation, email campaigns, and performance analytics.

As the Digital Marketing Director, you will work closely with executive leadership to align marketing efforts with the company’s goals. You will mentor and guide a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Director or in a similar leadership role
• Extensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and technologies
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
• Demonstrable success in developing innovative digital marketing campaigns that achieve business goals
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience with marketing automation and analytics platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred
