Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to improve results across leads, sales, social followers, website traffic, and conversions.
• Create, design, implement, and optimize social, email, and marketing content.
• Engage in campaign planning, list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
• Measure, track, benchmark, and provide insights for digital marketing activities to continuously improve performance.
• Create metrics and produce quality, timely reporting using social tools and Google Analytics.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.
• Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to generate ideas for enhancing engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role.
• SEO knowledge
• High proficiency in social, email marketing automation and SEO platforms
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with social media management and content creation.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices and tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello is a plus.
