Requirements

• Previous experience as an appointment setter or in a similar sales role, preferably within a digital marketing agency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong phone presence and the ability to engage prospects
• Experience using CRM software to track and manage leads
• Ability to work independently and achieve appointment-setting goals
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus
