Job description

At Philip Morris International (PMI), we are transforming our business to deliver a smoke-free future.

As part of this transformation, we are looking for a Digital Infra Performance Sr Executive to lead the development, execution and continuous optimisation of digital trade activation programs across Taiwan. This role sits at the intersection of digital marketing, performance analytics, and commercial execution, helping to strengthen trade engagement, elevate the digital user journey, and drive continuous improvement across our B2B and B2C digital platforms.

This is a hands-on, executional role that combines data analytics, digital delivery, agency management, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic and highly regulated environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and deploy digital trade activation strategies tailored to the Taiwan market, aligned to commercial priorities, channel strategies and brand objectives.
  • Translate business needs into clear digital engagement plans, platform enhancements and activation mechanics that improve trade partner engagement and execution effectiveness.
  • Partner closely with Commercial, Channel, Trade Activation, Consumer Journey and Marketing teams to convert brand and commercial strategies into impactful digital trade engagement initiatives.
  • Act as a key business interface, ensuring digital solutions are designed around field and channel needs while staying consistent with broader business priorities.
  • Lead external agencies and internal contributors in the design, delivery and optimisation of digital journeys, content, platform modules and new features — on time and to quality.
  • Evaluate B2B and B2C digital performance, analysing user behaviour, transaction results and platform data to identify insights, performance gaps and optimisation opportunities.
  • Translate data-driven findings into actionable recommendations that improve platform effectiveness and support business decision-making.
  • Ensure all digital initiatives, platform experiences and content are fully compliant with PMI standards, local regulatory requirements, data privacy principles and brand equity guidelines.
  • Work with relevant internal functions to secure necessary reviews and approvals, maintaining proper documentation and governance throughout execution.

We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or commercial teams within FMCG or retail, including at least 2 years in digital marketing.
  • Strong digital marketing and advanced analytics skills, with the ability to lead digital cycle planning independently.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate digital performance and optimise the end-to-end user journey.
  • In-depth knowledge of MS-Windows environments, application development tools and databases, plus general knowledge of network operating systems, communication systems and software development methodology.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions.
  • A College/University degree in marketing, business or a related field.
  • Fluent English.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary package and comprehensive benefits offering.
  • The opportunity to shape digital trade activation and engagement across one of PMI's key markets.
  • Exposure to transformation initiatives that are redefining how adult consumers and retailers engage with smoke-free products.
  • A collaborative, high-performing environment with strong cross-functional exposure across Commercial, Marketing, Digital and Customer Experience.
  • Ongoing career development opportunities within a global organisation committed to innovation and transformation.

Why Join PMI?

At PMI, we're building a future focused on better alternatives and meaningful innovation. This role offers the opportunity to influence how we engage with trade partners, optimise our digital platforms, and play a key role in delivering our smoke-free future across Taiwan.
