Job Summary:

The role of the Digital Growth Specialist, is a remote position within LemFi’s Marketing team. In this role. With a focus on paid acquisition channels, the ideal candidate will be well-versed in the paid media landscape, having had recent hands-on experience managing, optimising, and reporting on campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a commitment to helping us grow our marketing reach and customer base.

Responsibilities are as follows:

• Responsible for the ads purchasing of our app through Facebook / Google / Tik Tok and other paid channels
• Independently complete work such as creating accounts in related platforms, analysing targeted users, optimising ads contents, improving overall ROI, etc.
• Work closely with designers to develop ads content plan, based on data analysis and user portrays for overseas users
• Communicate closely with marketing and other teams to contribute towards formulating and independently executing proper digital growth strategies in an orchestrated way
• Keep track on latest industry trends, keeping a close eye on competitors
• Onboard influencers and manage an influencer network and influencer driven growth among the south east asian diaspora, in the UK, USA, Europe and Canada.
• Develop and manage a B2B partnership network to drive online growth
• Manage Public Relations for LemFi to drive growth among the South East Asian diaspora with multiple stakeholders e.g. Publications, Media Channels, Celebrities and PR Agencies
• Conduct market research to identify current and potential customer needs and trends;
• Support and collaborate with various teams within the company to plan and execute marketing campaigns;
• Engage in cross-functional responsibilities and assist the team where needed.

Requirements:

• In-depth understanding of all aspects of ads content development, testing, and optimization
• In-depth understanding of Facebook / Google / Tik Tok / Youtube and other paid ads channels
• 2-4 years’ experience in a performance marketing role for international platforms such as google, facebook and tik tok
• Excellent speaking, writing and people management skills;
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing business and regulatory environment.
• A strong network in the South East Asian disapora community is a plus.
