Is this the role for you?

We're seeking an experienced Digital Automation Team Leader to lead our Digital Professional Services team and deliver innovative automation solutions that help customers transform the way they work.

Reporting to the Digital Services National Manager, you'll provide technical leadership, mentor a team of Digital Automation Consultants, and oversee the design and delivery of enterprise automation solutions. You'll work closely with customers, sales teams, and technical specialists to deliver exceptional outcomes while driving innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement across the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Digital Automation Consultants.
• Deliver technical leadership across the design, implementation, and delivery of Digital Automation solutions.
• Partner with customers to understand business challenges and develop tailored digital transformation solutions.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, requirements gathering, solution demonstrations, and executive presentations.
• Ensure delivery standards, governance, and best practices are consistently applied across projects.
• Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Delivery teams to achieve outstanding customer outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and key stakeholders while supporting long-term business growth.
• Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and automation trends.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and thought leadership within the Digital Services practice.

To be successful in this role:

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years' experience in Digital Automation, Professional Services, Solution Consulting, or a related technology leadership role.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring technical consulting or Professional Services teams.
• Strong expertise in Workflow, eForms, RPA, Content Management, Document Management, or Business Process Automation solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, Nintex, or similar enterprise automation technologies.
• Experience leading customer discovery workshops, solution design sessions, and executive-level presentations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of document capture technologies such as Microsoft Syntex or ABBYY FlexiCapture is highly regarded.
• Understanding of AI, intelligent automation, and emerging digital transformation technologies.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
