Is this the role for you?

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to identify and shape automation opportunities
• Design and deliver end-to-end digital automation solutions, from requirements through to implementation and BAU handover
• Conduct implementations, configuration, training, and commissioning, with a focus on remote delivery capability where possible
• Manage professional services delivery, including utilisation and billing for consulting services
• Develop solution architectures, Statements of Work, and cost estimates
• Support pre-sales activities, including RFx responses, client presentations, and solution demonstrations
• Deliver implementations, configuration, training, and commissioning of solutions
• Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Skills & Experience

• We are seeking a consultant with strong experience across digital workflow and automation technologies, including:
• Nintex suite (Process Manager, Workflow, Forms, K2)
• SharePoint consulting, including configuration and migrations
• Experience in Intelligent Capture Solutions (ABBYY FlexiCapture or similar is preferred)
• Broad experience across workflow automation, BPM, RPA, and content management solutions

You will also bring:

• Proven experience leading discovery, design, and implementation engagements
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
