Job Offer: Digital Art Director

cosmos GmbH is seeking a creative and innovative Digital Art Director to help shape our brand vision and lead the development of digital communications. As part of our fast-growing and forward-thinking tech company, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that every external communication reflects our values, mission, and bold ambitions.

Your Role

• Develop and execute creative concepts for all external communication, including digital campaigns, social media, presentations, and brand materials

• Own the visual identity and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and executive teams to translate strategy into compelling digital experiences

• Lead the creative process from ideation to execution for major communication projects

• Oversee quality for all externally facing assets and take full ownership of creative output

• Present concepts and campaigns to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining creative integrity

Your Profile

• Proven experience as a Digital Art Director or similar role in digital communication/creative environments

• Strong conceptual and visual storytelling skills

• Expertise in developing communication concepts for external audiences (B2B and/or B2C)

• Excellent ownership mentality, able to lead projects end-to-end

• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
