Job Description
As a Digital Advertising Specialist, you will take responsibility for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and utilize your analytical expertise to measure and improve campaign performance.

In your new role you will:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies across SEA, Display, YouTube, Demand Generation, and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to inform campaign planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize campaign impact and align strategies
• Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI and alignment with business objectives
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations
• Design and develop reports using tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, and Excel to measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Communicate complex data and campaign analysis clearly through engaging presentations using PowerPoint
• Stay current with the latest developments in digital advertising, including new technologies and platforms, to identify opportunities for innovation

Your Profile
As a results-driven digital advertising professional, you are detail-oriented, analytical, and an effective communicator. You excel in fast-paced environments, leveraging your strong problem-solving skills to interpret complex data insights and translate them into actionable strategies. With a collaborative mindset, you work seamlessly across cross-functional teams to drive measurable outcomes and deliver impactful results.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or similar field of studies
• At least 1 year of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on SEA, Display, YouTube, Demand Generation, and PMax campaigns
• Experience in campaign planning, execution, optimization and reporting
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Tableau
• Proficiency in Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent presentation skills, with experience creating engaging and informative materials using PowerPoint
• Fluency in English (mandatory)

It would be an advantage if you have:

• Experience with Microsoft Ads, Baidu Ads
• Experience with Demand-side platforms (DSPs) and ad exchanges
• Data management platforms (DMPs) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems experience
• Understanding of Marketing automation platforms and email marketing tools
• HubSpot certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Facebook Ads certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Google Ads and Google Analytics certification
