An intern will interact and in most cases coordinate with nearly every business unit in order to fulfill those advertising buys along the way, including sales, sales marketing, research, finance, product, and data metrics.  This affords an intern a unique experience with exposure to many parts of a big but still aggressively growing business, not unlike a rotational program, but within a tech company with a very big digital media business continuing to grow rapidly.

Responsibilities:

    ▪    Communication and coordination with premier television advertising customers and the ad agencies that represent them
    ▪    Assembly, processing and validation of video commercials and other ad asset materials, including digital ad technology deliverables
    ▪    Support of and partnering with Campaign Managers, Creative Producers, Quality Control Producers, Web Developers,  Sales and Sales Development professionals to drive tangible business results.
    ▪    Project contribution, including developing internal application usability and functional requirements and process mapping and staff work

Qualifications:
    ▪    Coursework in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Production/Operational Management, E-Business, Marketing, and Organizational Behavior.  Interest in Digital Media and Advertising.
    ▪    Technical orientation: love of all things tech, including consumer websites, website development, user interfaces, mobile and video game devices.  Familiarity and comfort with basic web programming languages (HTML, Javascript) or web design applications (Flash, Photoshop).  Ability to do some lightweight coding is desired, but not required.
    ▪    Customer service mentality; professional communication skills, both internally and externally with customers.  Ability to articulate thoughts and concepts fluidly.  Personality to quickly build rapport and build relationships.  Comfort in a fast-paced, startup environment.
    ▪    Quick learner; critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills.
    ▪    Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint; ability to quickly learn and grok new productivity software application tools quickly.
    ▪    Minimum GPA requirement 3.0 or higher
    ▪    Must be currently enrolled student
    ▪    Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Liberal Arts, etc.
