Die Maintenance Technician (Press Shop)

Mission and Main Objectives

Ideally experienced in the manufacture & maintenance of Press or Injection Moulding tooling.
Tool design modification and try out / commissioning experience also a benefit.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Experience of problem solving and implementing countermeasures on Press / Injection Moulding tooling, including some of the following disciplines:-

TIG, MIG, ARC welding.
Fitting / hand grinding to a tight tolerance.
Preventative die / tool maintenance.
Tooling development.
Route cause analysis.
Hem die function / maintenance.
