Job description

[What the role is]

The Enterprise Capabilities Division supports local enterprises — from small firms to large companies — in building strong digital and organisational capabilities to compete and grow.

The Digitalisation Department works closely with government agencies, Institutes of Higher Learning and private sector partners to design and deliver practical programmes that help enterprises adopt digital technologies, including AI, in meaningful and impactful ways.

[What you will be working on]

This portfolio plays a key role in driving enterprise digitalisation and AI adoption, translating evolving technology trends into programmes and initiatives that deliver tangible outcomes for enterprises.

Programme Development and Delivery

  • Develop and deliver programmes that help enterprises tap on opportunities in digitalisation, AI, cybersecurity and related areas.

  • Work closely with government partners such as IMDA, MTI, MDDI, CSA and EDB, as well as Institutes of Higher Learning and private‑sector partners (e.g. tech firms, banks, telcos and consultancies) to co‑design initiatives that are relevant and impactful.

Ecosystem Engagement and Insights

  • Track and analyse local and global trends in AI and technology, translating complex developments into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders and enterprises.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the public and private sectors to support programme delivery and ecosystem collaboration.

[What we are looking for]

What You’ll Be Using and Applying

  • 2-5 years of experience in programme management, business development or account management, preferably within technology‑related programmes.

  • Working knowledge of AI and digital technologies, with hands‑on experience using AI tools and developing simple AI workflows.

  • Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with diverse audiences.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

How We Work Together

We value individuals who demonstrate our CoRE values – collaborating effectively across teams, engaging others with respect, acting with courage to speak up and make decisions, and being enterprising in taking ownership, learning continuously, and driving outcomes in a dynamic environment.
