Job Description: Turning Point Action is seeking a Strategic Administrator to play a key role in providing strategic support and core administrative operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing and paying invoices, overseeing email communications related to donor support and giving opportunities, and maintaining expenditure tracking. This is an entry level position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promptly paying and tracking incoming invoices.
  • Oversee email and phone communications related to donor support and giving inquiries.
  • Manage expenditure tracking and financial reporting processes.
  • Maintain records and reporting of high-dollar contributions.
  • Maintain website accuracy, functionality, and content.
  • Complete various tasks assigned by the Administrative Manager and Executive Team.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Excellent oral, written, and professional communication skills
    • Knowledge of Google Suite and data entry
    • Passion for conservative ideas and principles
    • Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
    • VERY detail oriented

    “WOW” SKILLS:

    • Past administrative experience
    • Prior involvement with Turning Point Action, its affiliates, and/or political campaigns.
    • Prior use of Airtable or other relevant basic design platforms.
