Desktop Infrastructure Specialist

This is an infrastructure role responsible to find patterns from problems and find an automated solutions to eliminate the is from happening in our environment again.

· Self-motivated and experienced with a team environment

· 5+ years level 3 Windows PCs support

· experienced a global enterprise environment with at least 1000 PCs.

· Scripting experience required, PowerShell or VBScript preferred.

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Microsoft Lync, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe FlashPlayer, Silverlight and internally developed plug-ins for Microsoft Office.

· Ability to support the software distribution platform, maintain PC configuration settings and provide reporting on the Windows environment.

Skills: 

· Certified MCSE, MOS,  MCDST

· VMware, XenServer, Citrix XenDesktop, Citrix Presentation Server
· Experience with BigFix
· T-SQL and SQL Server administration
· Experience with SCCM and/or SMS
· Microsoft App-V
· Application Packaging with .MSI and SMS Installer

· AppSense
· Programming with ASP.NET, C#.NET
· Kernel debugging
