JD :

Deskside Support, Remote Desktop Support, Windows,Linux, Mac OS, MS Office, Network Connectivity, O365. Must be professional, be very customer sat focused with excellent skills in Windows.

Solid skills with Linux and Mac.

Prefer enterprise support experience w ticketing systems.
