Our client is a long established main contractor, whose growth and expansion in recent years has made them one of the most exciting names in the London and South East construction scene! They operate across high end residential, commercial, hotel and student accommodation projects.
Due to this continued growth they now require a talented and ambitious Design Manager to join their team in Central London.
The ideal candidate will already possess:
- A minimum of 10 years industry experience.
- Residential project experience.
- A background with some contractor experience.
- Stable career history (ie good length of engagement)
- Relevant industry qualifications.
In return for the above, our client will offer a highly competitive salary in the range of £70,000 - £75,000, negotiable on current level of experience.
