Are you a Software Development Manager looking to make the step up in your career? If so, we've got the job for you. We are looking to hire a Deputy Head of Software for an International business based in Bristol.

Working in an Agile environment, you will be responsible for managing a team of Software Engineers for the design, development, troubleshooting, and debugging. of software programs for software enhancements and new software-intensive systems and products. This Duties include software requirements analysis, development of software products and software tools used for design, development and maintenance of infrastructure, and platforms. Whilst this isn't a hands-on role, you have previously been a software developer and able to assist the team in achieving its goals.

Essential skills:
· A strong technical background, degree qualified.
· Software engineering experience in enterprise software development & Software Project delivery in a software company
· Excellent understanding of different software development life cycles, in particular Agile methodologies (SCRUM, DSDM, Lean or Kanban).
· Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
