Tonic are currently looking for a Deputy General Manager for a high quality, foodie restaurant which will be opening in Birmingham City Centre. Food here will use the very best of seasonal British and international produce to formulate an exciting menu. The first restaurant of this kind to come to the city, there is no doubt that this will be a busy and successful venue, this is your opportunity to become a part of that.

The Deputy General Manager here will;
- Have a genuine love and passion for food and drinks and demand high standards of service from themselves and their team
- Have experience in supporting a General Manager and taking responsibility for administrative duties with a business mind
- Have experience of high quality businesses and a knowledge of their unique challenges
- Have a stable working history in which any short stays can be explained due to valid reasons
