Building Trusted Identity and Technology at Global Scale

Tools for Humanity (TFH) is seeking a Deputy General Counsel, Regulatory & Litigation, to lead global regulatory strategy and litigation for the company’s pioneering identity and technology platforms. Reporting to the General Counsel, this senior legal leader will drive regulatory engagement, oversee complex litigation, and advise executive leadership on high-stakes legal, regulatory, and reputational matters across multiple jurisdictions.

The Deputy General Counsel will shape and execute TFH’s regulatory strategy across financial services, crypto-assets, blockchain, digital identity, and emerging technologies.
