Deputy Director - MEP

Job Title: Deputy Director – MEP
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 15-20 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage MEP design and coordination for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Oversee project delivery across Global Delivery Center (GDC) and Domestic project portfolios.
• Business Development support on making proposals + P&L 
• Experience in Buildings, Hospitality, Hospitals, DATA Centre, Commercial, Retail & Residential etc.
• Team management  
• Provide technical leadership for Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health Engineering disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and local codes.
• Review design deliverables, technical reports, calculations, and drawings.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Support project planning, resource management, quality assurance, and risk mitigation.
• Mentor and guide MEP teams to achieve project objectives and delivery timelines.
• Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master's Degree preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in MEP design and project management for infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in both GDC and Domestic project environments.
• Strong understanding of international design standards, BIM workflows, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Experience in transportation, aviation, metro, highways, water, or other major infrastructure sectors.
• Excellent leadership, client management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead large technical teams.
