Deputy Chief Resident Engineer (Intl)(Wawa)

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant Engineering discipline

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Hydropower Engineering, or Project Management

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PRC or equivalent)

• Construction Safety Training (e.g., COSH or equivalent)

• Training in Quality Management Systems

• HSE Training

Experience

• Minimum 20 years of engineering experience in major infrastructure or energy projects

• Minimum 15 years in dam, hydropower, or pumped storage projects

• Experience in construction supervision of large infrastructure projects

• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams

• Experience in contract administration under FIDIC or EPC contracts

• Experience in testing, commissioning, and project handover

skills

• Construction management of dam and hydropower projects

• Dam engineering principles

• Hydropower construction methodologies

• Contract administration and FIDIC contracts

• Construction planning and scheduling

• QA/QC systems and inspection procedures

• Risk identification and mitigation

• HSE management systems

• Technical report writing and presentation

• Leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management

• Strong communication and decision-making skills
