DEPUTY CHIEF OF PARTY

Minimum of an advanced degree in related  field, and 7 years implementing int’l development activities under USG contract (including USAID), and 3 years in senior program management, directly supervising professional and support staff.

Experience in conflict mitigation and management programs, as well as facilitating multi-sectorial  collaboration among different technical fields & various stakeholders.

Experience awarding & managing grants to local organizations and

Experience with Early Warming Systems highly preferred.
