1. Responsible for profitability in their own working area
2. Ensure the implementation of operational strategies in the work area to achieve company goals
3. Controlling and managing operational activities in goal-oriented work areas
4. Ensures the operation inputs and operation outputs in the work area according to the company's goals
5. Monitoring all operational activities to improve productivity, efficiency, effectiveness and continuous improvement in all areas of work area
6. Responsible in organizing and fostering and optimizing all resources in the work area to achieve company goals
7. Make decisions and provide quick and precise responses to any problems that require input to achieve customer satisfaction (internal and external).
8. Plan, develop and empower existing human resources and anticipate the needs of human resources (new blood, if required) in the work area on an ongoing basis
9. Responsible for ensuring infrastructure and facilities for palm oil are completed as planned.
10. Look for expansion opportunities in scope and propose to the CEO
11. Ensure audit findings are followed up
12. Managing relationships with outsiders such as Governments, Nonprofits, Unions, Communities etc.
