You will:

Own the complete delivery of Einride's electric freight products and services to our customers
Act as project manager and lead cross-functional teams to a go-live (incl. risk management, budgeting, internal and external management reporting, etc)
Manage implementation of Einride's software platform and collaborate with product to optimize and digitize road transport and its operational solutions
Assess, define and deliver improvement and scaling initiatives to increase productivity, quality and general operational excellence across teams

We expect you to:

Several years experience within relevant business area/profile
Hands on experience in road transport/logistics as well as experience in process mapping, software implementation is a plus
Proven track record managing multi stakeholder projects and delivering individual business/operational improvement initiatives
Verbal and written fluency in English
Verbal and written fluency in German preferred
Analytical skillset and good at solving complex problems / solution oriented
Good knowledge and experience of using excel

This is a full-time position with a preference for Sweden or Germany, but Austria and the BeNeLux is also a possibility. We recommend that you submit your application as soon as possible since selection and interviews are held continually.
