As a Resource Delivery Manager, you will ensure the right resources with the right skills are available to meet our client commitments. In this role, you will manage, direct and plan staffing for the client projects by working with the local management team to assign resources who have the appropriate capabilities and required skills to be an effective contributor to a specific client project. To ensure consistent methods for staffing, you'll work to design and scale repeatable processes that will ensure long term client satisfaction and organizational profits. Aligning Team Skills with Forecasting: Collaborating with teams to align with a long-term view of skills needs and skill gaps needed in the organization based on project forecasting. Resource Allocation Analysis and Recommendations: Reporting, analysing and recommending solutions for balancing resource over allocation vs resources that are underutilized by applying your knowledge of skills requirements and the Resource Deployment Life. Pre-Project Planning: Establishing best practice for pre-project planning (supporting the creation of the Work breakdown structure and staffing plans). Relationship Building and Influencing: Developing and influencing relationships with all levels of an organization- from engineers to CxOs- with experience of navigating challenging debate to reach health resolution.
