Position Highlights:

  • Position: Moonlighter - Surgery
  • Location: Illinois - Evanston, Glenview, Skokie, Highland Park
  • Per Diem
  • Pay Range: $240,543 - $414,199 - As a valued member of an integrated team, your placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance

  • A Permanent IL License
  • Active Illinois Controlled Substance License
  • Active DEA License
  • Available to cover night shifts (6PM – 6AM), weekends and holidays
