•    Proactively manages APAC CSO VP’s calendar and schedules, including coordinating meeting logistics as well as recurring internal staff meetings and other management level monthly reviews. Maintains awareness of significant deadlines and plans proactively for them.
•    Coordinates all aspects of travel arrangements including booking flights, concur expense claims, hotel and local transportation; providing agendas and itineraries; and arranging visa/passport requirements as needed.
•    Planning and management of quarterly webcasts, assisting with the development of content and slides.
•    Coordinating logistics, agenda, and minutes for various meetings and functions (monthly/quarterly) such as:
o    Quarterly Webcasts / Townhalls
o    Business Review Meetings
o    Staff Meetings
o    Monthly Meetings
•    Communicates professionally with internal customers, external suppliers, other executives and employees at all levels of the company.
•    Mentor & provide guidance to sub-region CSO Admins, also provides ad-hoc support to SAP sub-region.
•    As needed, may participate in and/or lead projects within the function
•    Manages SharePoint database.
•    Responsible for ensuring Organization Charts are maintained and updated on Internal Group site.
•    Owner of the FSE lead payout program.
•    To work with APAC Financial Controller as required (e.g forecast plans)

Qualifications

  • May require some higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Typically 1-3 years of relevant experience for entry to this level.
