You don't need to be a lab technician. A dental assistant or someone with strong clinical knowledge is a great fit, as long as you can assess the quality of what comes in, follow up on cases, and make sure everything arrives on time and meets expectations.<br><br> </div><div> <strong>Location: Glendale, CA <br>Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Person<br>Language Requirement: Armenian or Russian speaking required</strong><br><br> </div><div> <strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>3+ years of dental experience — <strong>dental assistant background is welcome</strong> </li> <li>Solid understanding of dental restorations and materials (crowns, bridges, implants, zirconia, e.max)</li> <li>Comfortable reviewing lab work and identifying quality issues</li> <li>Organized, reliable, and proactive about following up</li> <li>Strong communication skills — with offices, technicians, and overseas partners</li> <li><strong>Armenian or Russian language proficiency required</strong></li> <li>CDT certification or dental technology background a plus, not required</li> </ul><div> <strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>Review incoming cases and verify all information is complete before production</li> <li>Monitor case progress and follow up to ensure on-time delivery</li> <li>Inspect restorations for quality and flag any issues before they reach the office</li> <li>Coordinate with overseas labs — send clear instructions and follow up consistently</li> <li>Serve as the point of contact for dental offices on case updates and concerns</li> <li>Supervise and support lab technicians and staff</li> <li>Track turnaround times, remakes, and overall case flow</li> <li>Manage inventory and coordinate equipment maintenance</li> <li>Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards</li> </ul> </div>
