Our workflow includes in-house CAD/CAM production as well as coordination with international partners. We are growing and looking for an experienced professional to manage case flow and communication.</div><div><br></div><div>Position Overview</div><div>We are seeking an experienced Dental Lab Case Manager to oversee case coordination between dental offices, our internal lab team, and overseas production partners.  <br><br> </div><div>This is not an entry-level role. The ideal candidate must have dental knowledge and be able to manage cases independently without constant supervision.<br><br>Location: Glendale, CA</div><div>Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Person </div><div><br></div><div>Key Responsibilities</div><div>- Communicate with dental offices regarding case details, prescriptions, and follow-ups  </div><div>- Review incoming cases to ensure all required information is complete before design  </div><div>- Coordinate and track cases to ensure on-time delivery  </div><div>- Serve as liaison between our lab and overseas production partners</div><div>- Provide clear instructions and documentation for outsourced cases  </div><div>- Handle case-related questions, adjustments, and remake communication  </div><div>- Maintain organized case tracking and documentation systems  </div><div>- Work closely with lab manager and technical team to ensure smooth workflow  </div><div><br></div><div>Requirements (Do Not Apply if Missing)</div><div>- Prior dental experience required (dental office or dental lab)  </div><div>- Strong understanding of dental terminology (crowns, implants, materials such as zirconia and e.max)  </div><div>- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)  </div><div>- Highly organized and detail-oriented  </div><div>- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently  </div><div><br></div><div>Language Requirement</div><div>- Armenian or Russian language required </div><div><br></div><div>Preferred Qualifications</div><div>- Experience with digital workflows (STL files, intraoral scanners, lab communication)  </div><div>- Experience working with dental labs or outsourcing cases  </div><div>- Familiarity with case management or lab software  </div><div><br></div><div>Compensation</div><div>- Competitive, based on experience  </div><div>- Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding lab  </div><div><br></div><div>Why Join Us</div><div>- Modern digital workflow  </div><div>- Growth-focused environment  </div><div>- Opportunity to play a key role in scaling operations and improving systems  </div> </div>
