Dental Assistant - Maven Dental Maryborough

We're seeking a Casual Dental Assistant to join and support our team at Maven Dental Maryborough. As our Casual Dental Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring patients feel welcomed, supported, and cared for throughout their dental journey. Working closely with our clinicians, you'll provide chairside assistance, prepare treatment rooms, uphold the highest infection control standards, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing chairside assistance during dental procedures
• Preparing treatment rooms and instruments ahead of appointments
• Sterilising and maintaining dental instruments and equipment
• Helping patients feel comfortable and at ease throughout their visit
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
• Maintaining a clean, safe clinical environment in line with infection control and safety protocols 

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Have a glowing personality and a can-do attitude that lights up a room
• Bring genuine warmth and a steady, reassuring presence for patients who might be nervous
• Be eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges with enthusiasm
• Have strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused mindset
• Hold a Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting, or previous experience (advantageous but not essential)
